Hello There, My name is Athos I am an incredibly handsome two year old Alaskan Malamute. I have had a rough start to life, but since been in foster care for three months life has improved dramatically and I have started to learn some real cool things.. Like I can now sit and shake paws and I will give you a high 5 when I know I am going to get my dinner.
I walk on lead fairly well, except if a there are some incredible smells that will pull me away. I am starting to remember drop and leave, but sometimes I do not listen.  A bit of selective hearing!

I will need ongoing training, preferably with a strong role model and reward based training as I will do well if I know I am going to be getting some treas!

I freak out when there are storms so perhaps you may want to try to crate train me, just on those odd occasions I can stay somewhere safe and as for baths, I really dislike having them so may be best to organise to get me professionally groomed.

Athos loves been with humans, and whilst he loves a walk and a run on the beach he is quite happy to lie around for the day and laze about.

Athos is currently living with a cat as and generally he is pretty good with other dogs as well, except when food it involved, he is not keen on sharing.

Athos has just been desexed, vaccinated and microchipped and looking for my forever home.
