1 y and 6 months old Alaskan Malamute male

Harley is a lovely young boy with a great attitude towards life. He’s a goofy kind of guy and loves nothing more than to share a cuddle with you whilst watching TV.

He loves attention from most any human, greeting visitors with affectionate and enthusiastic woo woo’s, he really is a bit of a sookie boy!

Harley loves his walks and will need one everyday; he also enjoys a good game of fetch – including bringing the ball back!

Whilst it appears he has not had much formal training in the past he is not a problem dog and shows lots of potential to learn new commands and boundaries, if you would like to teach him.

Like most male Malamutes Harley would not be suited to sharing his life with another male dog, but a friendly female may be OK. He’d be happy to be the only dog and centre of your universe though.

Harley is a little underweight but his condition is improving every day since coming into care. He did have a hernia, which has been fixed, during his neuter surgery.

Despite being underweight Harley will need a home without cats, chickens or other pocket pets as those types of calories really aren’t good for his complexion.

Due to his size Harley will need a home without young children.

Medical Notes

Harley had a hernia when he arrived to us, this was fixed during his desexing.
