11 month old female Siberian Husky

Ivy is a gorgeous young husky girl with quite a calm temperament considering her age.
She's lacking on training as most of the young dogs are, and will need a forever family prepared to teach her a thing or two.

She's happy to meet all other dogs and would be suited to a home with a companion of similar size, energy level and disposition.
If you are not home during the day then Ivy will need a furry companion for company as she does suffer from some separation anxiety. Ideally her new family will be home more often than not.

Ivy is good in the car and enjoys going to new places. She’s been to doggie daycare and did very well with other dogs.

Ivy’s training level is very basic and her new owner will need to be committed to furthering her training. Like many puppies she does like to dig and chew however she is relatively calm overall.

Ivy can be nervous around men and is also ‘jumpy’ at times and will yelp in surprise.

Ivy is not yet toilet trained but is learning whilst she is in foster care.

She takes treats gently from people but can be protective of food with other dogs.

Ivy will need a home without cats or pocket pets and with secure 6ft fencing.

As Ivy is still young she will need a commitment to exercise every day.  She does pull on the lead and her new owner will need to continue to work on correcting it.
Ivy will need a home that is experienced with dogs of high energy and of similar size. To adopt Ivy you must demonstrate a sound knowledge of the breed.

As she is still learning her manners Ivy would be best in a home without small children.

Ivy comes vet checked, desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea & worm treated.
